Please note that, due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all purchases made through our website are final. Once payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Services

All products and services provided by MEDHAVI are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):

Psychometric assessments and test access codes (used or unused)
Personalised reports, profiles, or feedback sessions
Online consultations, training, or coaching sessions related to assessments
Digital downloads or content provided after purchase

Once an assessment access link, code, or report has been issued, the service is considered delivered and consumed, and no refund or cancellation will be applicable.

3. Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified technical error.
Failed transaction: Payment was deducted, but you did not receive access to your assessment or service due to a verified system issue on our end.

If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at medhaviparmar@gmail.com, including proof of payment and transaction details.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after verification.

4. Compliance with Indian Law

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which permit businesses providing digital and personalized services to maintain a no-refund policy, provided it is clearly communicated before purchase.
